Your Questions, Answered

  • We recommend you book in advance as places get filled up quickly. If you arrive on the day there are no guarantees you will be able to secure a place, especially at the weekend.

  • Yes, ALL visitors who plan on entering our play area will need to wear socks including adults.
    This is to prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria. We have many young visitors crawling around on the floor and do the best we can to keep it as clean as possible.

    You will be asked to purchase socks if you do not bring them with you on the day.

  • No. It is our policy that we do not allow outside food to be consumed on our premises. If you or your child has any particular dietary requirements, please contact us in advance so we can advise how we can facilitate your dietary needs. 

  • Unfortunately there is no on-site parking, the surrounding streets are your best friend.

  • Whilst all bookings are non refundable, you are welcome to cancel and transfer your booking to a new date as long as we have a minimum of 24 hours notice.

  • We understand that sometimes things come up and you may be a little late to your session. If you arrive after the start of your session, it will still end at the time that was booked.

  • A play session’s duration is 2 hours.

  • Yes, the maximum capacity of the play area is 18 children.
